Basic description
|
Leptin (22-56), a biological active fragment of Leptin, may have important physiological significance for the anorexia, hypogonadism, and anaemia commonly seen in HD patients. Leptin (22-56), at concentrations of 10(-7) and 10(-6) M, enhance the proliferative activity of both the normal myometrium and myoma cells in primary culture.
